OAP Electric Actuator: 1. The gear reduction uses a worm/worm wheel transmission, with an adjustable mechanical stop pin to limit the position of a 1/4 worm wheel. The helical surface of the worm is rolled, providing a long service life.2. The adjustable actuator is equipped with a planetary gear reduction mechanism, ensuring low inertia and high transmission efficiency during long-term use.3. The load type of the actuator motor meets the S4 standard requirements of IEC34. It allows frequent starts and has good servo characteristics. All AC motors are F-class insulated, waterproof, sealed squirrel-cage motors with built-in protection.4. Technical advantages of the actuator torque protection: safe and reliable, easy to adjust, and high precision. In an actuator with a planetary gear transmission, the outer gear ring of the planetary gear system is measured through a spring. When the motor stops, the spring releases its compression, thereby unloading the transmission mechanism and sending a short signal. This torque switch structure has a holding (memory) function.Rotary Electric Actuator - Output torque, 90° rotation angle, divided into two types based on installation method:1. Direct connection type - The actuator output flange is directly connected to valves, etc. This actuator can be installed directly on the pipeline. Multi-turn, rotary, and linear actuators can be installed this way.2. Base type - The actuator is connected to the valve via an output arm and lever. In this case, the actuator needs to be installed on a base, and only rotary actuators are installed in this way.
