AS50 Electric Actuator

There are three adjustment modes for the D-series electric actuators: (1) Proportional adjustment type — The actuator receives a 4-20mA or 1-5V analog signal from a computer, regulator, or other units. The rotation angle (or displacement) of the actuator's output shaft is proportional to the signal, automatically completing the adjustment task. The proportional adjustment electric actuator can be divided into two types based on structure and installation method: a. Integrated proportional adjustment type: The actuator is assembled together with the GAMX-20 positioner (commonly referred to as an amplifier) as an integrated unit (also called the electronic type), which is installed and used on-site. b. Discrete proportional adjustment type: The actuator consists of an actuator and a positioner as well, but the actuator and the GAMX positioner are installed separately. The actuator part is installed on-site, while the positioner is installed indoors or at another local site. The appearance, usage, and installation examples of the positioner are explained in detail. Note: Integrated connection is different from discrete connection.(2) Remote control type — The actuator receives switch signals or relay signals and can control the output shaft at any position.(3) Switch type (two-position type) — The actuator receives switch signals, and the output shaft can only be controlled to the two extreme positions: open or closed.(4) Integral adjustment type — The actuator receives pulse signals and adjusts parameters based on the pulse width or a certain number of pulses. The discrete proportional adjustment electric actuator is essentially a type of remote control actuator with a separately installed GAMX positioner.(Special note: Regardless of whether the actuator is rotary, linear, or multi-turn, the circuit principle, external wiring, and adjustment methods are the same. When selecting for use, pay close attention to the power supply, voltage, installation method, output torque, stroke, and whether the signal meets your requirements.)
