Debugging Method:Connect the positioner to the actuator according to the circuit diagram and confirm that the connection is correct. Turn on the 220V power supply; the power indicator on the positioner should light up. Set the DIP switch to OFF and switch to manual operation. Press the 'Close Valve' button to move the actuator towards the closed direction; the closed direction indicator (red) will light up. Once fully closed, adjust the zero potentiometer so that the valve position output is 4mA. Press the 'Open Valve' button to move the actuator towards the open direction; once fully open, adjust the span potentiometer so that the valve position output is 20mA. Repeat operating the actuator to fully close and fully open, adjusting the zero and span potentiometers until fully closed corresponds to a valve position output of 4mA and fully open corresponds to 20mA. Manual debugging is now complete. Finally, set the DIP switch to automatic; the positioner will switch to automatic mode, and the potentiometers will track the input signal. If there is oscillation, the deadband potentiometer can be appropriately adjusted.
