Signal Break Protection Function — When the input signal is less than 2 mA, it is considered a broken signal, and the output shaft operates according to the user’s preset status. There are three preset modes: a. original position, b. open position, c. closed position.2. Overcurrent Protection Function — When the actuator experiences overcurrent, the machine's control circuit will automatically shut down, and the actuator will remain in its position, protecting both the actuator and the valve.3. Dynamic Electric Braking Function — When the motor reaches the given value equal to the feedback value, the output shaft may oscillate due to inertial run-on. At this moment, the "software" program issues a dynamic electric braking command (i.e., providing an instantaneous reverse current), causing the sweeping mechanism to stop immediately without free-run oscillation, significantly improving the reliability and stability of the automatic adjustment system.
