Circuit Control Board GAMX - 2010N

(I) Automatic Control

1. Input signal: 4-20mA

2. Output signal: 4-20mA

3. Operating direction: In standard form, facing the output shaft, clockwise rotation opens the actuator; 4mA closes the valve, 20mA opens the valve.

4. Interruption hold: Standard: the actuator maintains its original position when the signal is lost.

(II) Remote Control

1. Standard: Remote control is via passive contact. In dry contact control mode, the actuator can receive pulsed remote commands (non-latching) to open and close the valve.

2. Non-standard: Remote control is via passive contact. In dry contact control mode, the actuator can receive pulsed remote commands (latching) to open and close the valve.

(III) Local Control

1. Standard: Local control is via passive contact. In dry contact control mode, the actuator can receive pulsed local commands (non-latching) to open and close the valve.

2. Non-standard: Through DIP switches, the actuator can receive pulsed local commands (latching) to open and close the valve.

3. Programming Key Definitions:

(I) SET Key: In manual/automatic operation mode, pressing this key for less than 5 seconds switches between manual and automatic modes. Pressing this key for 5-10 seconds in local mode enters the menu unlock password. Pressing for more than 10 seconds enters the factory reset page. In the main menu, pressing this key enters the corresponding menu page; pressing it again on that page saves the settings and returns to the main menu. Pressing this key on the 'End' item of the main menu returns to local operation mode.

(II) Forward Key: In local operation mode, pressing this key rotates the motor forward. In setting mode, pressing this key increases the setting value. For increasing or decreasing values, holding this key for over 3 seconds adjusts the value rapidly.

(III) Reverse Key: In local operation mode, pressing this key rotates the motor backward. In setting mode, pressing this key decreases the setting value. For increasing or decreasing values, holding this key for over 3 seconds adjusts the value rapidly.

(IV) One-Key Setting: In local operation mode, pressing this key automatically performs zero and full-scale settings. (Adjust the open limit, close limit, and mechanical zero/full range correspondingly).

(V) DIP Switches: (standard settings are all ON, see Figure 2)Figure 2DIP 1: Direction reversal; when ON, it is direct action (clockwise to open the valve when facing the output shaft); when OFF, it is reverse action (counterclockwise to open the valve when facing the output shaft).DIP 2: When ON, the digital display shows the valve position in percentage; when OFF, it displays the mA value.DIP 3: In local operation mode, when ON: local jog mode; when OFF: local latching mode.IV. Operating Procedures ...

4. Operation (Operator Using the Program)

1. Power On: After powering on the actuator, it enters automatic mode, and the percentage is displayed at this time.

2. Switching Between Automatic/Manual Modes: Press the SET key to switch.

3. Manual Mode: When the manual light is on, press the UP key for forward rotation of the motor; press the DOWN key for reverse rotation; releasing the key stops the motor.

4. Automatic Mode: When the automatic light is on, the actuator receives control signals from the computer for forward and reverse rotation. At this time, pressing the UP or DOWN keys has no effect.

5. Zero and Full Position Settings: Set to 0 degrees and 90 degrees. In the device state, press the one-key set button once. Press the UP or DOWN key to output to the mechanical open position and adjust the open limit switch; press the UP or DOWN key to output to the mechanical closed position and adjust the closed limit switch. During adjustment, the digital display shows numbers in the range of -15.0 to 15.0. After the output reaches the closed limit position, adjust the conductive plastic potentiometer until the digital display shows "0.0" and then lock the potentiometer; press the one-key set button again, the digital display shows "-----", and the actuator automatically rotates to memorize the zero and full positions until the digital display shows "0.0", marking the completion of zero and full position debugging.Restore Factory Settings: In the device operating mode, press and hold the SET key for more than 10 seconds (ignore when the digital display shows "0000"). When the display shows flashing "FAC", pressing the UP or DOWN key will restore factory settings and exit to the device operating mode; pressing the SET key cancels the restoration of factory settings and exits to the device operating mode. The remote control does not have this permission; it must be done on the control board.
