Electric Butterfly Valve Actuator can be used with SD series electric actuators. It is controlled by an AC220V power supply or a 4-20mA control signal to operate and switch fluids. Powered by AC220V, the valve stem drives the valve body to rotate 90° inside the valve, achieving open-to-close action. The butterfly valve has a small size, uses less material, is lightweight, and has a large diameter, making it more economical than other valves. The valve stem is driven by the electric device, causing the disc to perform a 90° rotation, thus opening and closing the valve. Electric centric butterfly valves are used in conjunction with rotary electric actuators and butterfly valves. It consists of a rotary electric actuator and a butterfly valve. The seal ring can be a rubber ring or a PTFE ring. The valve can be switched on and off by connecting to 220V voltage, or it can be connected to a control module and controlled by inputting 4-20mA or 1-5V DC control signals.

Selection and Electrical Performance of Electric Butterfly Valve Actuator:
1. Protection level is IP67, NEMA4, 6, with IP68 available as an option.
2. Closed squirrel-cage motor, small in size, large torque, low inertia, F class, with built-in protective switch.
3. Manual structure is used during power failure, allowing hand operation of the handle. When not manual, place the wrench into the wrench clamp. Convenient.
4. The indicator is installed on the central shaft for observing the valve position. The lens uses a convex lens design, preventing water accumulation and making observation easier.
5. Dry actuator is used to control temperature, preventing condensation inside the actuator due to temperature and weather changes.

8. Precision worm gear mechanism can efficiently deliver high torque, with high efficiency, low noise, and self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation.
